donePrevious hands-on experience in conducting and managing full lifecycle recruitment process (experience in the IT industry is an asset)

Familiarity with Google Workspace
Understanding and passion for the IT industry

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Managing full lifecycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions,
  • Taking care of a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process, pre and onboarding processes,
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various methods and tools,
  • Liaising with technical recruiters and hiring managers,
  • Co-organization and participation in employer branding activities,
  • Cooperation with the Employer Branding/Marketing teams.
