Important information about the position:

  • We work from our office in Gdynia located at 37/10 Antoniego Abrahama Street
  • We offer a full-time or part-time job (at least 30 h/ per week)  
  • We work between 9 and 17 and it would be nice to have you there during these hours

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking care of the efficient and pleasant functioning of the office
  • Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels
  • Supervision and purchase of groceries, chemicals, office supplies, etc.
  • Supporting employees in all office-related activities,
  • Assistance in organizing meetings, workshops and integration events
  • Equipment inventory (issuing equipment to employees, service repairs, ordering new equipment)
  • Assisting the HR department in the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Communication with service providers and property administrator
