doneDesired qualifications and skills:
Experience in direct search
Very good knowledge of English
Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
Also, a nice to have:
Willingness to creating and taking part in employer branding activities (such as meet-ups, job fairs etc.)
Your role and responsibilities:
- Managing full lifecycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions,
- Taking care of positive candidate experience during the recruitment process, pre and onboarding processes,
- Proactively sourcing candidates using various methods and tools,
- Liaising with technical recruiters and hiring managers,
- Co-organization and participation in employer branding activities,
- Cooperation with the HR and marketing department.
