doneAt least 1 year of hands-on experience in conducting full lifecycle recruitment process in the IT industry
doneDesired qualifications and skills:
Experience in direct search
Very good knowledge of English
Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills
addAlso, a nice to have:
Willingness to creating and taking part in employer branding activities (such as meet-ups, job fairs etc.)

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Managing full lifecycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions,
  • Taking care of positive candidate experience during the recruitment process, pre and onboarding processes,
  • Proactively sourcing candidates using various methods and tools,
  • Liaising with technical recruiters and hiring managers,
  • Co-organization and participation in employer branding activities,
  • Cooperation with the HR and marketing department.
