doneProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
doneGood command of English
doneExperience in CRM software
doneProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
doneExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
doneStrong verbal and written communication skills
doneProject management and organization skills
addNice to have:
At least basic knowledge of technology
Good command of German

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Being responsible for the business development of Binarapps
  • Being responsible for forecast and pipeline management 
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and taking care of appropriate communication with them
  • Monitoring the effective use of the client’s budget and the implementation of contract terms
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objective
